Hello Samuel. 

A lot of taste. The reason for my response is to give you my opinion of what you should do.

It s good that you've found money, but you should buy with that money the music, because if you shopping the scarf to your sister won't see the effort and love in that gift. Best is to save a little money to buy your gift on time and also you can enjoy your music.

I hope that you take into account my opinion as i see it more correct.
